Station preferences	Stations you favorite or select, so the Skill can offer relevant suggestions.
Last-played station	The most recent radio station you streamed, so you can resume it with a simple voice command such as "Alexa, resume my station."
Voice requests (processed by Amazon)	Alexa transcribes your spoken requests into text and passes that text to the Skill so it can identify which station or action you asked for. Voice recordings themselves are handled by Amazon under Amazon's own privacy practices, not stored by us.

We do not collect your name, precise location, contact details, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not access your device's contacts, photos, or other personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To store and recall your station preferences and last-played station across sessions.
• To fetch the correct live stream URL for the station you request from our radio station data provider.
• To improve Skill reliability and troubleshoot playback issues (e.g., identifying which stations most commonly fail to stream).

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

To play radio stations, the Skill queries a public radio station directory API (All India Radio API) to look up stream URLs by station name, genre, or region. This lookup is performed using the terms you speak to Alexa (e.g., a station name or city) — we do not send your Alexa User ID, preferences, or any personally identifying information to this third-party API. Please review that provider's own terms and privacy practices at https://newsonair.gov.in/privacy-policy/.

The Skill also relies on Amazon Alexa Voice Service infrastructure to process voice input and deliver audio output. Amazon's handling of voice data is governed by the Amazon Alexa Privacy Notice.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your Alexa User ID, station preferences, and last-played station are stored in a secure cloud database (DynamoDB) associated only with your anonymized Alexa User ID. We retain this data for as long as your account remains active with the Skill, or until you request deletion.

If you disable or delete the Skill from your Alexa account, we will delete the associated stored preferences and last-played station data within 30 days.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted access to our backend systems — to protect the information we store. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

The Skill is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. This Skill has not been designed to comply with the Alexa program requirements for skills directed to children. If you believe a child has used the Skill and provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Disable the Skill at any time through the Alexa app; this stops all further data collection.

 'पैलतोघे काऊ कोकताहे' या संत ज्ञानेश्वरांच्या अभंगाचा अर्थ सांगू शकाल का?

पैल तो गे काऊ कोकताहे ।

शकुन गे माये सांगताहे ॥१॥

उड उड रे काऊ तुझे सोन्यानें मढवीन पाऊ ।

पाहुणे पंढरीरावो घरा कैं येती ॥२॥

दहिंभाताची उंडी लावीन तुझे तोंडी ।

जीवा पढिये त्याची गोडी सांग वेगी ॥३॥

दुधें भरूनी वाटी लावीन तुझें वोंठी ।

सत्य सांगे गोठी विठो येईल कायी ॥४॥

आंबया डहाळी फळें चुंबी रसाळीं ।

आजिचे रे काळीं शकुन सांगे ॥५॥

वरील अभंग हा योगीराज माऊलींचा आहे . या अभंगात जगरीती प्रमाणे शकुन सांगतात ,ऐकतात किंवा शकुन मानतात असा एक अर्थ भरलेला आहे . तसाच दुसऱ्या अर्थाने विचार केला तर या अभंगात अध्यात्मिक साधनेत येणारे अनुभव सांगितले आहेत. थोडक्यात हा अभंग गूढार्थाने भरलेला आहे. आधी आपण शब्दार्था प्रमाणे विचार करू त्यानंतर गूढार्थाकडे जाऊ .

लहानपणा पासून घराच्या अंगणातील झाडावर किंवा घराच्या एखाद्या कोपऱ्यात कावळा ओरडत असला की आज पाहुणा येणार अशी आमची आजी सांगायची आणि खरोखरचं त्यादिवशी कुणीतरी पाहुणा येत असे यालाच कावळा शकुन सांगतो असे म्हणतात. हे तेव्हा सर्वमान्य होत.

एखादी सासुरवाशीण असेल तर ती कावळ्या कडे नेहमी लक्ष ठेऊन असायची कारण तीला तिच्या माहेराहून कुणीतरी न्यायला येईल याची आस असायची ती मनातल्या मनात म्हणत असे की अरे कावळ्या माझा पिता , माझा भाऊ मला न्यायला येईलका हे मला एकदा सांग मी तुला दूध भात खायला देईन. नाहीतर तुला वाटीभर दूध प्यायला देयेईल. सत्य सांग माझा पिता मला घ्यायला येईल का ? माझा जीव कासावीस झाला आहे म्हणून तू लवकर सांग. हीच लोक भावना माऊलींनी आपल्या अभंगातून सांगितली आहे. माऊलींचे असे अनेक अभंग आहेत लोकभावनेतून अध्यात्म सांगणारे. वरील अभंगाचा शब्दार्थ घेतला तर फक्त लोकभावना समजेल त्यातील शकुन समजेल म्हणून आपण माऊलींना नक्की काय सांगायचं आहे हे समजून घेण्याचे प्रयत्न करणार आहोत.

माऊलींचा हा पूर्ण अभंग त्यांच्या साधना काळातील आहे असे यातील शब्द रचनेवरून वाटते.

या ओवीत माऊली कावळ्याला काऊ असे प्रेमाने संबोधत आहेत. या ओळीतून ज्ञानेश्वर माऊली नक्की कोणत्या काऊचं वर्णन करतात हे सदगुरु कृपेने जाणून घेणार आहोत. जे साधक ध्यान करतात त्यांना काही कालांतराने अनाहत नाद ऐकू येतो त्याला माऊलींनी कावळ्याची उपमा दिली आहे. ते या अनाहत रुपी कावळ्याला सांगतात की अरे बाबा तू फक्त ओरडू नको तर मला योग्य तो शकुन सांग ,माझ्यासाठी संदेश काय आहे तो सांग. मला कधी पंढरीच्या पांडुरंगाचे दर्शन होईल. (पांडुरंग या शब्दाचा अर्थ आहे . पांढरा रंग )

या ओळीत माऊली साधकाला येणारे अनुभव सांगतात , काऊचे पाय सोन्याने मढविन असे सांगतात म्हणजे ध्यान करताना साधकाला सोनेरी रंग दिसतो. त्याचे माऊली यथासांग अनुभवाचे बोल आपणास सांगतात की तुम्ही जेव्हा सद्गुरूंनी सांगितलेल्या मार्गाने ध्यान करीत रहाल तेव्हा कोकताहे काऊ याचा अर्थ आपल्या अनाहत नादाशी आहे हे लक्षात येईल एकदा नाद सुरू झाला की, त्या नंतर पंढरीच्या विठोबाचे प्रकाश रुपाने नक्की दर्शन होईल यात शंका नाही. म्हणजे आपल्या कर्णरंध्रात जो नादरूपी कावळा आपल्याला शकुन सांगतो त्याचे मर्म साधकाला समजून घ्यावं लागेल. हे सर्व सदगुरु आपणास प्रत्यक्ष अनुभवास आणून देतात हेच माऊलींनी त्यांच्या अनुभवातून सांगितले आहे.

पुढील दोन ओवीत माऊली ध्यानात असताना जे जे दृश्य दिसते तेच आपणास सांगतात फक्त त्यांनी कावळा हे रूपक वापरून सांगितलं आहे . (यालाच नाथांच्या घरची उलटी खूण असे म्हणतात. )

आता माऊलींना आत्मरूपाचे म्हणजे विठ्ठलाचे दर्शन घेण्याची ओढ लागली आहे. माझ्या जीवाला ज्याची गोडी चाखायची आहे. ध्यान करताना मला दहिभाता सारखा पांढरा प्रकाश दिसतो तोच मी तुला भरवणार आहे.म्हणून तू मला लवकर आत्मरूपी विठुरायाच्या चरणी घेऊन जा.

नादरुपी काऊला माऊली सांगतात अरे बाबा तू मला सत्यगोष्ट सांग आणि लवकर सांग मला विठ्ठलाचे दर्शन कधी होईल. मला ध्यानात दुधासारखा प्रकाश दिसतो त्याची वाटी भरून तुला देईन असे ते नादरूपी काऊला सांगतात.

माऊली म्हणतात अरे काऊ तू जसा आंब्याच्या झाडावरील रसाळ पिकलेला आंबा तू एक भरारी मारून त्यातील मधुर रस खतोस त्याच प्रमाणे माझ्या सद्गुरूंनी मला रसाळ रस खाण्या साठी युक्ती शिकवली आहे. त्याप्रमाणे रोज ध्यान करतो. म्हणून तू आताच मला शकुन सांग की माझे विठुराया कधी भेटतील. माऊली दुसऱ्याच ओवीत सांगतात की नादरुपी काऊ तू लवकर उडत उडत जाऊन माझ्या आत्मरूपी देवाला जाऊन सांग की भक्त तुझ्या दर्शनाची आस लावून बसला आहे धावत येऊन भेट ध्यावी.

माऊली म्हणतात जो या गूढ खुणा जाणिल व गूढ शकुन ओळखिल त्यालाच आत्मरुपाचं दर्शन होईल.

माऊलींच्या या अभंगाचं विश्लेषण माऊलींच्या कृपेने व माझे सदगुरु बबनदादा यांच्या आशीर्वादाने करता आलं हेच माझं भाग्य आहे.

माझा मराठीची बोलू कौतुके

आज 27 फेब्रुवारी, मराठी भाषा दिवस. सकाळी माझ्या पत्नीने त्या निमित्त तिने शाळेत असताना अभ्यास केलेली ज्ञानेश्वरी मधील ही ओवी अणि त्याचा अर्थ सांगितला अणि तिचे कौतुक वाटले.

मराठी भाषे विषयी नुकताच एक सुंदर लेख वाचनात आला.

माझा मराठीची बोलू कौतुके। परि अमृतातेहि पैजासी जिंके। ऐसी अक्षरे रसिके। मेळवीन।। या संत ज्ञानेश्वरांनी लिहलेल्या चरणाचा अर्थ काय आहे?

संपूर्ण देशात जसा महाराष्ट्र आणि महाराष्ट्राची संस्कृती प्रेरणादायी आहे तशी मराठी भाषा देखील. संत ज्ञानेश्‍वर म्हणतात,

माझा मराठीची बोलू कौतुके।

परि अमृतातेहि पैजासी जिंके।

ऐसी अक्षरे रसिके। मेळवीन ।। ज्ञाने. ६/१४

असे म्हणत त्यांनी मराठी भाषेविषयीचा अभिमान, मराठीची महती व्यक्त केली आहे.अमृतालाही पैजेनी जिंकणारी अक्षरे, अशी अमृतवाणी ज्ञानदेवांच्या प्रत्येक शब्दाशब्दातून व्यक्त झाली आणि ब्रह्मविद्याच शब्दरूप झाली. ज्ञानेश्वरीत कर्म आहे; पण कर्माची कटकट नाही. ज्ञान आहे; पण ज्ञानाचा रुक्षपणा नाही. भक्ती आहे; पण ती भोळ्या अज्ञानाची नाही.

योगमार्गाचे संस्कृत ग्रंथातील वर्णन पारिभाषिक(Jargon words) शब्दात आहे.ते पारिभाषिक शब्द जसेच्या तसे न वापरता, प्राकृतात (मराठीत)योगमार्गाचे वर्णन ऐकायला ,जाणते ,रसिक श्रोते तयार होतील का?ह्या शंकेचे समाधान प्रस्तुत ओवीत आहे.सध्याच्या काळात देखील हा प्रश्न अनेकांना पडतो.अधुनिक शास्त्रे इंग्लिश मधे आहेत, त्यातील विषय मराठीतून अचूक कसे व्यक्त होतील?

जेव्हा संत ज्ञानेश्वर गीतार्थ सांगण्यास सुरु करतात तेव्हा श्रोते म्हणतात"हा आठरा (काहींच्या मते सोळा),वर्षाचा मुलगा प्रयत्न करतो आहे ह्याचे कौतुक आहे.पण ते वर्णन जाणत्या रसिक श्रोत्यांना कितपत रुचेल?"ज्ञानोबा म्हणतात "श्रोतेहो,जरादेखिल शंका नको.मी अशी शब्दयोजना करेन की,मी केलेले वर्णन चांगले की अमृत? अशी स्पर्धा लावली तर मी केलेले वर्णन जिंकेल."

मराठीची भलावण ज्ञानेश्वरीत इतर आध्यायांतदेखिल आहे.उदाःआध्याय९ओवी२२.

बाकीचे सारे इतर सोपे करून सांगतीलच पण इथे नेहेमी एक गल्लत होते ती म्हणजे मेळवीन च्या ऐवजी मिळवीन असे लिहितात/ बोलतात. मेळवीन म्हणजे मेळ घालीन योजना करेन असे आहे.

संत बहिणाबाई यांचा संत साहित्याशी काय संबंध आहे? या संबंधित काय पुरावे आहेत?

सांगिजैल म्हणौनि परिसावा । चित्त देउनी ॥ १३ ॥

माझा मराठीचि बोलु कौतुकें । परि अमृतातेहीं पैजासीं जिंके ।

ऐसीं अक्षरें रसिकें । मेळवीन ॥ १४ ॥

जिये कोंवळिकेचेनि पाडें । दिसती नादींचे रंग थोडे ।

वेधें परिमळाचें बीक मोडे । जयाचेनि ॥ १५ ॥

ऐका रसाळपणाचिया लोभा । कीं श्रवणींचि होति जिभा ।

बोले इंद्रियां लागे कळंभा । एकमेकां ॥ १६ ॥

अशा प्रकारे संत ज्ञानश्वरांनी मराठी भाषेचे गोडवे गायिले आहे.

IPhone Ring tone not working?

Recently my wife faced the strange problem that her iphone14 ringtone was not working.

We tried all the approaches suggested in Apple support website like changing ringtones even factory reset but all in vain.

Then today we came across a post in Yahoo finance. Which had a fix and all out tension was gone in a jiffy..

Do your friends and family constantly complain that you never answer their phone calls? Are you actively trying to avoid them? Well, if that’s the case, then this video isn’t for you. But if you do want to keep in touch with your loved ones but can’t figure out why your phone isn’t ringing when they call, I’ve got a quick tip that should solve your problem.

If you’re using Apple’s (AAPL) iPhone, there’s a good chance that you accidentally turned on its Do Not Disturb feature. When you do this, you automatically silence any calls you’d normally get and send them to your voicemail.

I’ve known more than a few people who have had this issue, including someone who’s probably watching this and turning red at the moment: Sorry Mom.

To turn off Do Not Disturb on the iPhone 6s, 7 or 8, simply swipe up from the bottom of the screen to pull up the Control Center. If you’ve got an iPhone X, you’ll need to swipe down from the top right corner of the display.

If Do Not Disturb is active, the crescent moon icon will be lit up white and the moon icon will look blue. You’ll also see a moon icon in the top right corner of the Home screen. To turn Do Not Disturb off, simply tap the icon and you should see a message at the top of the screen that reads “Do Not Disturb: Off.”

If Do Not Disturb is already off, your phone’s ringer might be silenced. To turn it back on you can flip the switch on the left side of your phone just above the volume buttons. If the switch has a red indicator showing, the ringer is being silenced. Move the switch to the off position and then turn up the volume on your phone to increase the sound of the ringer.

Your phone should now ring whenever you get a call.

Whether that’s a good thing or not depends on who’s calling.

जंगल साद

 नुकताच एक लेख वाचनात आला. जंगलातल्या खर्या राहणी बद्दल- 

✨ या दोघी  

        आणि जंगल...

    ❄️ या दोघी .एकीच वय ६० दुसरीचं ८०. दाजिपूरच्या जंगलाला लागून ठकूचा धनगरवाडा आहे. तेथे फक्त त्यांचे पिढ्यान पिढ्याचे एकच घर आहे. तिन्ही बाजुला दाट जंगल. यांच्या घरात आजही लाईट नाही. रस्ता नाही.

ठकूचा धनगरवाडा म्हणजे कै.ठकू धनगराचे घर. त्याची चौथी पाचवी पिढी आजही तेथे रहाते या पिढीतील ठकू धनगराची नातसुन लक्ष्मी वय ६०. व ठकुची मुलगी सोना वय ८0 व एक खापर पणतू याक्षणी येथे रहातो. आजुबाजुला वस्ती नाही. गवे बिबट्या अस्वलाचा यांच्या घराजवळ सतत वावर. त्यामुळे दिवस मावळला की घराचे दरवाजे बंद . सोबतीला फक्त दोन गावठी कुत्री. घरात रॉकेल किंवा डिझेलची चिमणी . ती विझवली की रात्रभर सभोवती फक्त काळोख आणि जंगलातून वाट काढत घुसणाऱ्या वाऱ्याचा घुमणारा आवाज. रात्री कुत्री भेदरून, आकसून कुई कुई करू लागली की या दोघींनी ओळखायच . बाहेर काय तरी आलय. आणि उठायच्या भानगडीत न पडता पुन्हा मुरगटुन झोपायच. पावसाळ्यात तर तीन महिने घराबाहेर पडायच नाही. लाकुड पेटवुन धुनी करायची आणि त्याच्या उबीला बसायच. लक्ष्मी व सोना साठ व ऐंशी वयाच्या. एक नातू कामानिमित बाहेर .दोन खापर पणतू मुंबईला. त्यामुळे तशी दोघींचीच एकमेकीला साथ. लाईट नाही रेडिओ नाही टीव्ही नाही .बोलुन बोलुन दोघीच एकमेकीशी काय बोलत बसणार? मग अंगणातल्या कोंबड्या, दोन कुत्री, तीन म्हशी , दोन मांजरं यांच्याशीच त्या काही ना काही बोलत असतात. आणि तीही समजत असल्या सारख या दोघीचं ऐकतात. 

यांना जगात नव्हे कोल्हापुरात काय चाललय माहित नाही. सोनाबाईला तर कोल्हापूर बघितलेल आठवत नाही. या दोघींना या जंगलातुन बाहेर पडणे शक्य नाही . पण आपल्याला दाजिपुरात या ठकूच्या धनगरवाड्यात जायला नककीच अडचण नाही. आणि एखादा महिला दिन या दोघीच्या सोबत त्यांच्या स्वच्छ सारवलेल्या अंगणात केवळ त्यांच्याशी बोलत बसुन साजरा करायलाही हरकत नाही..
